Economic Policy Uncertainty and Enterprise Financialization under the Condition of Informationization

Information is the current global development trend, an important force driving economic change. The incompleteness of information leads to fluctuation economy, which urges government carry on macro-policy regulation and control, thus affects micro-enterprise decision-making. Based perspective financialization, this paper empirically tests relationship between policy uncertainty enterprise financialization under informatization, finds that there a significant positive correlation them. This enriches relevant literature enterprises age, has some practical significance for make rational decisions when they face age.
